Peer Review Process
- Each submitted article will be initial review by the editor to check the suitability of the template, focus and scope, and article submission policy. If the article is appropriate, the article will be sent to the reviewer. Otherwise, the article will be sent back to the author for revision to match the article template.
- Reviewer receives a double-blind review article from the section editor or secretariat. If not in accordance with his/her competence, the reviewer has the right to reject the article and recommend it to other reviewers who are more competent.
- Each article is reviewed by 2 (two) reviewers. The reviewer assesses the article from the writing quality and substance aspects, which includes the renewal, authenticity, usefulness, validity of citation, and bibliography.
- If the two reviewers make conflicting decisions, the editor will appoint a third reviewer to take into consideration when making a decision on the article.
