Implementasi konsep inklusi sosial di perpustakaan bukanlah sesuatu yang baru, akan tetapi penerapannya di Peprustakaan Perguruan Tinggi masih belum banyak dibahas oleh para peneliti. Artikel ini mencoba melihat konsep-konsep terkait hal tersebut dengan melakukan studi pustaka dari sumber-sumber yang ada, dan akhirnya penulis berkesimpulan bahwa inklusi sosial di perpustakaan bukanlah sesuatu yang baru, melainkan hal yang sudah lama dilakukan oleh perpustakaan. Perbedaannya hanya terletak pada faktor partisipasi pemustaka sehingga mereka bisa menjadi bagian dari masyarakat dunia.References
