Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

When submitting an article, the author should have to attention:

1)   The article should be within the scope and focus this journal subject.

2)   The article should be written in Indonesian language and may be translated into English,

3)   The article is sent in Ms.Word format with the following conditions:

  • A4 paper (21 cm x 21,7cm) with the page margin; Left (2.5 cm), top (2.5 cm), Right (2.5 cm), and bottom (2.5 cm);
  • The number of article pages between 8 - 25 pages.
  • The article is written two column with Arial font except title, author, affiliation, abstract and keyword in one column.
  • The conjunctions (and, in, or with, as well, about, that, against, so, because, then, for the sake,) and prepositions (in, to, from, into, within, by, through) are written in lowercase.

4)   The article is written with the following regulations.

  • TITLE (Arial 14; all capital letters and bold; 1 space).
  • Author Name (Arial 12 and bold; 1 space).
  • Author Affiliation (Arial 12; 1 space), contains the name of the institution/organization/workplace/author"™s works/study place.
  • Correspondence (Arial 12; 1 space), contains the first author"™s email address.
  • ABSTRACT (Arial 11; all capital letters and bold) and its contents (Arial 10; 1 space).
  • Keywords (Arial 11 and bold) and their contents (Arial 10), keywords are written in English; with several 3-5 keywords.
  • INTRODUCTION (Arial 12 and bold) and its contents (Arial 10; 1 space).
  • LITERATURE STUDIES (Arial 12 and bold) and its contents (Arial 10; 1 space), literature must be relevant to the study/research topic.
  • METHODS (Arial 12 and bold) and its contents (Arial 10; 1 space).
  • RESULTS AND DISCUSSION (Arial 12 and bold) and its contents (Arial 11; 1 space). Description and discussion of results should be made separately.
  • CONCLUSION (Arial 12 and bold) and its contents (Arial 11; 1 space).
  • ADVICE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT - optional (Arial 12 and bold) and its contents (Arial 10; 1 space)
  • REFERENCES (Arial 12 and bold) and reading sources (Arial 10; 1 space). Source of citations and bibliography must be the same. The writing format of a bibliography refers to The Chicago Manual of Style (CMS). Citation and bibliography writing are advised to use Mendeley.
